Types of FSSAI Registration
BASIC REGISTRATION
FSSAI requires small businesses with annual turnover below 12 lakh rupees to obtain basic registration.
STATE LICENCE
If you are managing a mid-size company with an annual turnover of less than Rs 20 crore, you need to receive FSSAI state license.
CENTRAL LICENCE
If your company's annual turnover is Rs 20 crore and above, you have to apply for FSSAI central license.
Documents Required To Obtain FSSAI Registration
- Declaration form confirming all details mentioned are true.
- Authority letter authorising us to apply for an FSSAI Central Licence on your behalf.
- In case you own food factory or premises, please send us your property ownership papers.
- In case you are functioning from a rented property, please attach a copy of the rent agreement.
- Self-declared copy of the Food Safety Management System Plan.
- Copy of the power or water bill of your business place.
- Copy of the Aaadhar card of the proprietor or director of the company.
